I regularly tour different cities that may not be included in this tour. Please watch this page for any new dates, locations and venues.

Q. What time does the event start?

5:45pm (Venue local time) – Express Check-in for VIPs Ticket holders only
6:00pm (Venue local time) – General Check-in for Executive Ticket holders
6:30pm (Venue local time) – Event Start
9:00pm (Venue local time) – Event End
* Don’t forget to bring your Event Ticket with QR Code on your mobile or printed to scan at the venue.

Q. What should I bring?

– Your EVENT TICKET with your QR CODE to check-in at the venue
– A jacket (it can get cold with the air-con)
– A notebook (to capture all your ah-ha moments)
– Water and a nutritious snack (to keep up your energy)
– An open mind (so you can fully soak in all the material to plan for success)

Q. What is the cost of a ticket?

An Executive ticket is current discounted to $49 with a VIP ticket totalling $198. All prices include 10% GST for Australian residents. Click here to buy a ticket

Q. I purchased a ticket but I didn’t get a confirmation email

Some email applications will block our email or send our email to your spam or junk folders.

Q. I can’t find my ticket

If you can’t find your Ticket in your inbox or spam or by searching “[Scale with AI Summit] Ticket”, then no need to worry, we will resend all tickets to attendees an hour before the event. If you still don’t get your ticket, don’t worry we will have your name at the door.

Q. How do I check-in to the event?

To check-in to the event, you will need to bring the ticket with your QR Code that was emailed to you when you registered.

Search your inbox and spam for emails with the subject: “[Scale with AI Summit]”
– Once you arrive at the event, open your email that has your ticket ready to scan
– If you have a VIP Ticket please go to the special VIP area for priority seating
– If you need any assistance, our friendly support team will be there to help

Q. What is included in the VIP ticket?

Included with your VIP ticket is:
– VIP seating in the Specially Reserved Section at the front of the room ($197)

Q. How can I upgrade my ticket to VIP?

If you did not purchase a VIP ticket during registration, you can upgrade your ticket here. PLEASE USE THE SAME EMAIL YOU USED TO REGISTER WITH.

Q. When will I receive my BONUS online training as part of my VIP package?

You will be emailed access to your training within a few days of attending the event.

Q. I need a tax invoice for the payment I made for my ticket?

Your Tax Invoice as sent in an email at the time you purchased. It is in a link on the order. Search your inbox for “[Scale with AI Summit]: Your Ticket is on it’s way” and look for “Download your PDF Invoice here” in the second paragraph of the email.

Q. I was charged twice?

If you accepted the VIP Upsell at registration you would have two transactions against your credit card, one transaction for $49 for the Executive Ticket and then an additional $149 to upgrade to a VIP Ticket, totalling $198.

Q. How will my payment be processed?

We do not store your credit card details on our site. For this event, we are using a secure payment gateway called Stripe. Stripe is an industry standard for online payment processing. You will receive a confirmation of the payment from Stripe directly to your inbox. If you need more information about Stripe click here.

Q. I want to bring others with me

The registration process is for one ticket at a time, you can share the event with your friend to purchase a ticket themselves. If you want to sit together, meet up at the event early and check in together (there is no assigned seating).

If you want to bring a large team, please use this form for support – CONTACT SUPPORT with all attendees name, email and mobile and the team will process your order over the phone.

Q. I want to bring my whole team

If you have a large group of people you want to purchase tickets for, please use this form for support – CONTACT SUPPORT and we can organise this for you. We will need the name, email, and mobile for each person you want to attend.

Q. Is this the same as the last Scale with AI Summit?

The content Kerwin will cover is very similar to each event, however, as AI is evolving rapidly he will include updated tools and strategies at the current event.

Q. I purchased a ticket for a previous Scale with AI Summit but couldn’t attend, can I reuse that ticket for this event?

Sorry, you missed attending previously. Your ticket is non-transferable. You will need to purchase a new ticket to attend this latest event.

Q. I can’t attend the event live, can I attend virtually or watch a recording?

Kerwin does his best work IRL, Scale with AI Summit is a live only event, there is no option to attend virutally. A recording of the event is NOT available for attendees or for purchase.

Q. Is there a discount coupon code available?

We only provide members of our K2 Elite community coupons for discount tickets. If you are an active K2 Elite please check your emails for your unique coupon code and the link to your specially checkout page to purchase tickets.
